About the role

From Adecco we are looking for a Front Office Agent for an important company located in the Alcobendas area.

You will mainly be responsible for managing and coordinating customer service through different channels, ensuring a quality experience and compliance with the established service indicators.

Your main duties will be:

1. Compliance with the established KPIs following the commercial strategy set by the company.

2. Effective management of the workload of the Customer Service team's tasks (multichannel) (on time and in form).

3. Provide excellent service and meet customer needs (multichannel: phone, email, and other written channels).

4. Management and resolution of incidents and complaints.

5. Management and processing of orders according to the required standards.

6. Management and processing of quotes (prices and deadlines) according to the required standards.

7. Updating the customer database. Detection of errors.

8. Provide support/service to customers (web, our way of working, our value proposition, etc.).

9. Detection of opportunities.

10. Effective prioritization of tasks according to workload. Support/assistance to the rest of the Customer Service areas as required by business needs.

11. Continuous improvement. Seeking the most efficient way to manage work.

12. Use of RS systems and tools.

What you'll get

4-month contract + possibility of permanent employment.
Full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary: €23,000 gross/year.

Requirements

Experience in customer service or sales, minimum 2 years in a similar or higher position.
English level (desirable)
Very good communication skills.

Requisitos

Experiencia atención al cliente o comercial, 2 años mínimo en puesto similar o superior.
Nivel Inglés (deseable)
Muy buenas habilidades comunicativas.
