At ACCIONA, we are looking to hire a Transfer Pricing Manager for ACCIONA, S.A.'s Corporate International Tax area.
We are seeking a professional with proven experience in transfer pricing, capable of independently participating in the design and documentation of transfer pricing policies, analysis of related-party transactions, benchmarking searches, support in tax audits, and drafting of intercompany agreements.
Design, review, and update of the group's transfer pricing policy across different jurisdictions, and analysis of complex related-party transactions (services, financing, cost sharing, secondment of personnel, intangibles, guarantees, management fees).
Preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation (Local Files and Master File), benchmarking searches, and benchmarking studies.
Support in transfer pricing tax audits: responses to information requests, supporting documentation, and technical arguments.
Analysis and documentation of intercompany transactions (ICAs, management fees, services, cost structures) and drafting/coordination of the underlying agreements.
Coordination with tax, accounting, legal, and international subsidiaries, and identification of tax risks and recommendations for their mitigation.
Monitoring of regulatory developments, doctrine, case law, and OECD guidelines on transfer pricing and international taxation.
University degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Advanced level of English.
5 to 7 years of prior experience in transfer pricing, at a Big Four firm, tax consultancy, or the tax department of a multinational group.
Solid knowledge of Spanish regulations on related-party transactions, OECD guidelines, and international documentation standards.
Demonstrated experience in tax audits and benchmarking searches/studies.
Experience drafting or reviewing intercompany agreements (ICAs, management fees, intercompany services, cost structures, financial transactions).

Buscamos un/a profesional con experiencia contrastada en precios de transferencia, capaz de participar de forma autónoma en el diseño y documentación de políticas de precios de transferencia, análisis de operaciones vinculadas, búsqueda de comparables, apoyo en inspecciones tributarias y redacción de contratos intragrupo.
Diseño, revisión y actualización de la política de precios de transferencia del grupo en distintas jurisdicciones, y análisis de operaciones vinculadas complejas (servicios, financiación, reparto de costes, cesión de personal, intangibles, garantías, management fees).
Preparación y revisión de documentación de precios de transferencia (Local Files y Master File), búsqueda de comparables y estudios de benchmarking.
Soporte en inspecciones tributarias en materia de precios de transferencia: respuestas a requerimientos, documentación justificativa y argumentarios técnicos.
Análisis y documentación de operaciones intragrupo (ARC, management fees, servicios técnicos, costes de estructura) y redacción/coordinación de los contratos que las soportan.
Coordinación con fiscalidad, contabilidad, legal y filiales internacionales, e identificación de riesgos fiscales y recomendaciones para su mitigación.
Seguimiento de novedades normativas, doctrina, jurisprudencia y directrices OCDE en precios de transferencia y fiscalidad internacional.
Titulación Universitaria superior en Derecho, ADE, Economía, Finanzas o similar.
Alto nivel de inglés.
Experiencia previa de 5 a 7 años en precios de transferencia, en Big Four, despacho fiscal o departamento fiscal de grupo multinacional.
Conocimiento sólido de la normativa española sobre operaciones vinculadas, directrices OCDE y estándares internacionales de documentación.
Experiencia demostrable en inspecciones tributarias y en búsqueda de comparables/benchmarking.
Experiencia redactando o revisando contratos intragrupo (ARC, management fees, servicios intragrupo, costes de estructura, operaciones financieras).
Alto rigor técnico y capacidad analítica, orientada a negocio.
Autonomía en la gestión de proyectos y capacidad para coordinar distintos interlocutores.
Capacidad para trabajar en entornos internacionales y con operaciones de elevada complejidad. Se valora experiencia en Infraestructuras y Energía.
