University degree (ideally in Education, Psychology, Administration, or similar fields).
1+ year in customer service, consulting, educational coaching, or similar roles.
Ideal if you've already worked with civil service exam prep (oposiciones), training, or academic support.
Clear, empathetic communication with the ability to convey calm.
Emotional intelligence to handle difficult conversations.
Proactivity to anticipate and resolve issues without being asked.
Results-driven mindset and obsession with the student experience.
Growth mindset: learn, iterate, improve, and start again.
Experience in online/hybrid education.
Knowledge of CRM.
Understanding of the civil service exam (oposiciones) process.
Experience in academic follow-up, mentoring, or educational coaching.
Ability to analyze metrics (NPS, CSAT, progress…).

Inteligencia emocional para manejar conversaciones difíciles.
Proactividad para anticiparte y resolver sin que te lo pidan.
