About the role

You will be part of ACTIVA, the service unit of Grupo Planeta, specializing in business process outsourcing with a specific focus on client relations.

What you'll do

Attend to students at the institutions of Planeta Formación and Universidades.
Respond to calls from students, teachers, and the general public interested in the institution's programs.
Solve doubts by phone and email.
Make calls to provide information to students and teachers, assist in special cases, confirm attendance at academic events, etc.
Manage documentation, register it in the systems designated for this purpose, issue academic certificates.
Record accurate data in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Perform administrative tasks related to student and teacher management.
Operate the ticketing system.
Manage files with data from teachers and students.

What you'll do

Atender a los alumnos en las instituciones de Planeta Formación y Universidades.
Responder a llamadas de consultas de alumnos, profesores y del público general interesado en los programas de la institución.
Solucionar dudas por teléfono y correo electrónico.
Efectuar llamadas para brindar información a alumnos y docentes, dar asistencia en casos especiales, confirmar la asistencia a eventos académicos, etc.
Administrar documentación, registrarla en los sistemas destinados para ello, expedir certificados académicos.
Registrar datos precisos en los sistemas de gestión de relaciones con clientes (CRM).
Ejecutar tareas administrativas vinculadas a la gestión estudiantil y docente.
Operar el sistema de ticketing.
Gestionar fichas con datos de docentes y de alumnos.
Incorporar datos en informes.
