From Adecco, we are recruiting a Site Supervision Technician to provide services for a Public Company in the Community of Madrid.

What will your mission be? To carry out the monitoring and supervision of different construction sites in the Community of Madrid, ensuring that the works are executed in accordance with the established quality, safety, and planning standards.

A valid driving license (Type B) is essential.
Experience in site supervision, maintenance, or civil works environments.
An organized, proactive person with the ability to work independently.
Salary of €24,000 gross per year.
Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
Flexible working hours: entry between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM. On Fridays, entry is at 9:00 AM.
The position combines on-site supervision visits with administrative office work.
No overtime hours are required.
A company vehicle is provided for travel during the working day (own vehicle is not necessary).

¿Cuál será tu misión? Realizar el seguimiento y supervisión de diferentes obras en la Comunidad de Madrid, garantizando que los trabajos se ejecuten conforme a los estándares de calidad, seguridad y planificación establecidos.
Formación mínima de FP (valorable formación relacionada con construcción, obra civil o similar).
Imprescindible disponer del permiso de conducir B.
Experiencia en supervisión de obras, mantenimiento o entornos de obra civil.
Persona organizada, resolutiva y con capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma.
Salario de 24.000 € brutos anuales.
Jornada completa de 40 horas semanales.
Horario flexible: entrada entre las 8:00 y las 8:30 h. Los viernes la entrada es a las 9:00 h.
El puesto combina visitas de supervisión en obra con trabajo administrativo/a en oficina.
No se realizan horas extraordinarias.
Vehículo de empresa para los desplazamientos durante la jornada laboral (no es necesario disponer de vehículo propio).
