You will be responsible for ensuring the client's success after the implementation of digital solutions, guaranteeing the effective adoption of the platform and the generation of value over time.
Act as the main client contact during the operational phase, accompanying them in their change and transformation process, managing their expectations and aligning their needs with the product's capabilities and internal teams.

Degree in civil engineering, telecommunications, industrial, or environmental engineering
Knowledge in digital solutions: IoT, Big Data, GIS, SCADA, and asset management.
Training in leadership, team management, and coordination of technical projects.
Certifications: PMP, Lean Management, ITIL, or similar
Minimum 5 years of experience in software projects or implementation
Experience in client management, both remote and in-person, acting as the main point of contact and achieving demonstrable achievements
Experience in digital environments and digital transformation processes
Experience in the water and/or energy sector will be valued

Será responsable de asegurar el éxito del cliente tras la implantación de soluciones digitales, garantizando la adopción efectiva de la plataforma y la generación de valor a lo largo del tiempo.
Actúa como interlocutor principal del cliente en fase de operación, acompañándole en su proceso de cambio y transformación, gestionando sus expectativas y alineando sus necesidades con las capacidades del producto y los equipos internos.
Su objetivo es asegurar que la solución implantada se utilice de forma efectiva, evolucione con las necesidades del cliente y contribuya a la mejora de sus procesos operativos, identificando además oportunidades de crecimiento y expansión del uso de la plataforma.
Gestión de cliente y adopción: Asegurar la adopción efectiva de la plataforma. Acompañar al cliente en su proceso de cambio organizativo. Definir roadmap de evolución. Monitorizar valor generado. Gestionar expectativas del cliente

Tener la suficiente experiencia como para ser autónomo/a en tu día a día.
Poder mantener una conversación fluida en inglés, ya que trabajarás con equipos de diferentes países y tanto las reuniones como la comunicación escrita puede ser en inglés.
Grado en ingeniería civil, telco, industrial o ambiental
Conocimientos en soluciones digitales: IoT, Big Data, GIS, SCADA y gestión de activos.
Formación en liderazgo, gestión de equipos y coordinación de proyectos técnicos.
Certificados: PMP, Lean Management, ITIL o similar
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en proyectos software o implantación
Experiencia en la gestión de clientes, tanto remota como presencial, actuando como principal punto de contacto y alcanzando logros demostrables
Experiencia en entornos digitales y procesos de transformación digital
Se valorará experiencia en el sector agua y/o energía
