Buscamos incorporar un/a SAP Technical Support Specialist para una compañía multinacional en pleno proceso de transformación tecnológica y crecimiento internacional. La organización cuenta con operaciones en distintos países, un entorno SAP altamente integrado y una fuerte apuesta por la digitalización, la eficiencia operativa y la mejora continua.
Formarás parte del equipo de Sistemas y Operaciones, participando en el soporte y optimización de procesos críticos dentro del ecosistema SAP. Serás una pieza clave para garantizar la continuidad operativa de áreas como logística, inventario, compras y ventas.
Funciones:
• Gestión y monitorización de IDOCs.
• Soporte y seguimiento de incidencias EDI.
• Análisis y resolución de incidencias relacionadas con inventarios y logística.
• Soporte funcional y técnico en SAP MM y SAP SD.
• Participación en upgrades, rollouts e implantaciones SAP.
• Coordinación con usuarios internos y equipos técnicos.
• Validación de procesos, pruebas y soporte post-implementación.
Perfil:
• Formación en Informática, Ingeniería, Sistemas o similar.
• Experiencia trabajando con IDOCs en entornos SAP.
• Conocimientos de EDI, inventarios y procesos logísticos.
• Experiencia en soporte técnico u operativo SAP.
• Conocimientos de SAP MM y/o SAP SD.
• Nivel profesional de inglés y español.
• Perfil analítico, proactivo y orientado a la resolución de problemas.
Es una gran OPORTUNIDAD para incorporate en un proyecto estable en una multinacional en clara fase de crecimiento, en una empresa sin rotación (si entras te quedas!). Podrás participar en iniciativas internacionales y proyectos de transformación. Tendrás exposición a entornos SAP complejos y de gran volumen operativo, pero con pocos usuarios. Y con posibilidades de desarrollo profesional y formar parte de proyectos tecnológicamente complejos. Y siempre en un entorno colaborativo, dinámico y orientado a la innovación.
