Who are we looking for

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service. You should be a recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Communications, or a related field. The ideal candidate is proactive, enjoys problem-solving, and has strong communication skills in Spanish and English. You should be comfortable working in a team environment, eager to learn new technologies, and ready to make an immediate impact. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we value enthusiasm and willingness to grow above all else.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely manner
Document customer issues and resolutions in our CRM system
Assist in troubleshooting common technical and operational problems
Gather customer feedback and report insights to the team
Support the creation of knowledge base articles and documentation
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
