At Randstad we are looking for a Data Analyst to join a key 6-month project at a major multinational company. If you are passionate about turning complex data into strategic decisions and have experience in financial modeling and capacity planning, this is your opportunity!
Strategic analysis: Support critical decision-making through capacity planning analysis, pricing/cost models, and productivity metrics.
Modeling and budgeting: Support capacity forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for operating expenses (OpEx), capital expenditures (CapEx), and resource allocation.
Innovation and integration: Design and coordinate the development, testing, and integration of systems and tools adapted to the company's rapid business growth.
Education: University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) will be highly valued.
Experience: Proficiency in capacity planning and/or operations areas.
Technical skills:
Advanced level in MS Excel and proven skills in financial modeling (business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem-solving).
Knowledge of SQL (highly valued).
Personal skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), high attention to detail, autonomy, and the ability to adapt to changing and dynamic environments.
Contract: Temporary (6-month duration).
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).

Experiencia: Dominio en planificación de capacidad (capacity planning) y/o áreas de operaciones.
Competencias técnicas:
