• 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships or Alliances — ideally within a B2B SaaS scale-up

• Experience in technology alliances and API integrations (not just commercial partnerships) — you know what a webhook, a REST API, an SDK is

• Proven track record in structuring a partner program (tiering, contracts, incentives)

• Strong business acumen: you think in terms of ROI, pipeline and generated revenue

• Leadership and team management: you have already managed BD/Partnership profiles and know how to grow a team

In 2025, we reached a major milestone in France: 300+ integrations, the launch of our e-invoicing offering for software vendors, and the creation of a dedicated business unit — Connectivity — bringing together Engineering, Product and Partnerships under one roof.

In 2026, we are shifting into high gear: 500+ apps on our marketplace, a team scaling to 40 people, revenue directly tracked by partners, and an ecosystem becoming a true growth driver. To get there, we are hiring a Head of Tech Partnerships: the person who will take charge of our partner strategy, structure our team, launch our partner program, and turn integrations into a real business growth lever.

You will join the Connectivity business unit, reporting directly to the General Manager Connectivity (Arnaud). You will take full ownership of the Tech Partnerships function, with two team members already in place (Partner Manager & Solution Engineer).

Concretely, you will be responsible for:

• Defining and executing the tech partner strategy, aligned with the Connectivity and Pennylane vision

• Structuring, recruiting and growing the team according to the roadmap

• Building our tech partner program (tiering, incentives, certifications, associated benefits)

• Turning tech partnerships into a revenue and qualified lead generation engine (in collaboration with Sales)

• Positioning Pennylane as a leader in the ecosystem (partner events, community, marketplace)

• Supporting the international expansion of our integrations network

1. Lead the strategy and the partner program — Define tiering, eligibility criteria, benefits and success KPIs (generated ARR, qualified leads, active shared customers)

2. Manage the partner pipeline — Qualify opportunities, prioritize high-potential partnerships, nurture relationships with strategic partners (inbound and outbound flows)

3. Drive partnership revenue — Structure commercial agreements, track lead generation pipelines, and monitor monetization of integrations

4. Scale through AI and automation — Reduce time-to-release, deploy self-onboarding tools (dev portal, partner portal) and integrate AI into daily processes (support, documentation, automation)

5. Work cross-functionally — Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing and Sales to maximize the impact of integrations (enablement, GTM, adoption)

6. Build and grow the team — Manage Partner Managers and Solution Engineers, recruit according to strategic needs

7. Own the KPIs — % of customers equipped, MRR attributed to partners, qualified leads generated, certification rate, active usage per connector

Pour y arriver, on recrute un(e) Head of Tech Partnerships : la personne qui va prendre la main sur notre stratégie partenaires, structurer l'équipe, lancer notre partner program, et transformer les intégrations en un vrai levier business.

Tu rejoins la business unit Connectivity, en reporting direct au General Manager Connectivity (Arnaud). Tu prends ownership de toute la fonction Tech Partnerships, avec deux membres d'équipe déjà en place (Partner Manager & Solution Engineer).

Concrètement, tu seras responsable de :

• Définir et exécuter la stratégie partenaires tech, alignée avec la vision Connectivity et Pennylane

1. Piloter la stratégie et le partner program — Définir le tiering, les critères d'éligibilité, les bénéfices et les KPIs de succès (ARR généré, leads qualifiés, clients communs actifs)

2. Gérer le pipeline partenaires — Qualifier les opportunités, prioriser les partenariats à fort potentiel, animer les relations avec les partenaires stratégiques (flux inbound et outbound)

3. Driver le partnership revenue — Structurer les accords commerciaux, tracker les pipelines de leads générés par les partenaires, piloter la monétisation des intégrations

4. Scaler via l'IA et l'automatisation — Réduire le time-to-release, déployer des outils self-onboarding (dev portal, partner portal) et embarquer l'IA dans les process quotidiens (support, documentation, automatisation)

5. Travailler en mode cross-fonctionnel — Collaborer étroitement avec Product, Marketing et Sales pour maximiser l'impact des intégrations (enablement, GTM, adoption)

6. Builder et faire grandir l'équipe — Manager les Partner Managers et Solution Engineers, recruter selon les besoins stratégiques

7. Owneriser les KPIs — % de clients équipés, MRR attribué aux partenaires, leads qualifiés générés, taux de certification, usage actif par connecteur
