Job description
At Tendam, we want to bring in an intern profile for our SAC team. Your duties will be:
Support in proposing process optimization initiatives with an impact on both customer experience and economics
Support in the design and implementation of new processes
Support in carrying out analyses for decision-making
Assistance in establishing management controls
Support in defining KPIs and monitoring their evolution
Assistance in executing the platform's management controls
A plus: Knowledge of Tableau, SQL or Lean methodologies

Apoyo en la propuesta de iniciativas de optimización de procesos con impacto tanto en experiencia de cliente como económicos
