We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team in Spain. As a Functional Analyst, you will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and our technology department, ensuring that complex functional requirements are translated into robust, scalable technical solutions. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, documenting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital transformation initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to shape the future of our organization's technology landscape.
We are looking for a talented professional with 5+ years of experience in functional analysis, preferably within financial services, banking, or related industries. You should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully translating business needs into functional specifications, managing requirements documentation, and ensuring quality delivery of solutions. You must be fluent in Spanish and English, with demonstrated expertise in process mapping and business process optimization.
Must have working knowledge of database concepts, API integration, and modern software development practices. Experience with financial regulations (GDPR, PSD2) and risk management frameworks is highly desirable. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms is essential.
