Gestionar la solicitud de emisión de bonos regalo de las diferentes áreas de la empresa, coordinando con el departamentos de marketing su correspondiente emisión física y con el departamento financiero la obtención del número de pedido si corresponde para la correcta realización de la reserva en sistema, incluyendo la información necesaria para el hotel de cara a la correcta facturación.
5. Analizar el ingreso relativo al Área de forma periódica mensual, observando si el área va en línea con el presupuesto asignado, elaborando en coordinación con el Supervisor del área, el correspondiente plan de acción correctivo si procede, de cara a garantizar el cumplimiento del objetivo fijado.
Imprescindible: Certificado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33%
Experiencia de, al menos, 1 año en Turismo y Hostelería, Atención al Cliente y/o Contact center
Grado Medio/Superior (preferiblemente Turismo o similar)
Nivel Alto de inglés. Valorable segundo idioma.
