We are looking for an Energy Billing Administrative Assistant to join a large-scale project in the energy sector, where you will be part of a specialized team managing critical billing and economic regularization processes.

✅ Validar plantillas generadas mediante automatización RPA
✅ Gestionar incidencias y casos KO derivados de procesos automáticos
✅ Realizar regularizaciones económicas y conciliaciones de facturación
✅ Analizar diferencias económicas y detectar posibles desviaciones
✅ Resolver incidencias de facturación fuera de plazo
✅ Gestionar contratos con riesgo legal por falta de facturación
✅ Aplicar compensaciones económicas a clientes cuando corresponda
✅ Documentar todas las actuaciones realizadas
