Administration and evolution of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and digital workplace environments.
Management of corporate identities and access (Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID).
Definition and implementation of security policies: compliance, conditional access, and hardening.
Automation of operational processes using PowerShell, Python, or other tools.
Participation in modernization projects, cloud integration, and adoption of corporate services.
Design, deployment, and maintenance of standardized configurations (IaC and automation).
Resolution of complex incidents on corporate platforms and cloud services.
Cross-functional collaboration with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Applications teams.
Technical coordination with manufacturers and suppliers.
Preparation of technical documentation and continuous service improvement.
