About the role

We are looking for a Workplace Technician N3 for one of our clients located in Spain.

You will be part of a Technology Talent ecosystem

What you'll do

Resolve critical incidents and complex issues escalated from N2 support teams.
Manage and optimize Workplace platforms in corporate environments.
Design and implement continuous improvements in workplace services and solutions.
Act as a technical reference in Windows, macOS, and Citrix VDI environments.
Perform root cause analysis for the identification and definitive resolution of issues.
Technically manage critical incidents and high-impact issues.
Coordinate escalations and collaborate directly with premium support vendors and services.
Define procedures, operational standards, and technical best practices.
Provide specialized guidance to Service Desk, N2 Support, and Engineering teams.
Participate in migration, modernization, and digital transformation projects for the Workplace environment.
Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of operational processes.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workplace Enterprise environments.
Demonstrated experience as a N3 Technician, Workplace Specialist, or similar positions.
Advanced knowledge of IT service management based on ITIL and ITSM tools.
Advanced administration of Windows 10/11 and macOS systems.
Solid experience in administering and supporting Citrix VDI platforms.
Experience in problem management and root cause analysis.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex incidents and vendor escalations.
Ability to lead high-impact technical resolutions in corporate environments.

Valuable requirements

Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
Administration of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
Microsoft 365 Enterprise environments.
Development of automations using advanced PowerShell.
Microsoft certifications related to Modern Workplace or Endpoint Management.
Citrix certifications.
ITIL Foundation certification or higher levels.
High level of English.

What you'll do

Resolver incidencias críticas y problemáticas complejas escaladas desde los equipos de soporte N2.
Administrar y optimizar plataformas Workplace en entornos corporativos.
Diseñar e implementar mejoras continuas en servicios y soluciones de puesto de trabajo.
Actuar como referente técnico en entornos Windows, macOS y Citrix VDI.
Realizar análisis de causa raíz (Root Cause Analysis) para la identificación y resolución definitiva de problemas.
Gestionar técnicamente incidencias críticas y problemas de alto impacto.
Coordinar escalados y colaborar directamente con fabricantes y servicios de soporte Premium.
Definir procedimientos, estándares operativos y mejores prácticas técnicas.
Proporcionar asesoramiento especializado a equipos de Service Desk, Soporte N2 e Ingeniería.
Participar en proyectos de migración, modernización y transformación tecnológica del entorno Workplace.
Identificar oportunidades de automatización y optimización de procesos operativos.

What we're looking for

Experiencia mínima de 3 años en entornos Workplace Enterprise.
Experiencia demostrable como Técnico N3, Especialista Workplace o posiciones similares.
Conocimientos avanzados de gestión de servicios TI basados en ITIL y herramientas ITSM.
Administración avanzada de sistemas Windows 10/11 y macOS.
Experiencia sólida en administración y soporte de plataformas Citrix VDI.
Experiencia en gestión de problemas y análisis de causa raíz.
Capacidad demostrada para gestionar incidencias complejas y escalados con fabricantes.
Habilidad para liderar resoluciones técnicas de alto impacto en entornos corporativos.
