GRM Country Risk, Public Sector, Securitizations and Issuer is one of the risk units that manages the most exposure directly or indirectly within the Group (+200 bn eur), being responsible for the consolidated management of strategies, limits, monitoring and reporting of cross-border country risk and the Group's bond portfolios, which are one of its main consolidated balance sheet assets.
This position will be responsible for supporting the oversight, maintenance and continuous evolution of the Group's Global Securitization Framework.
Working closely with the Global Framework manager, you will contribute to the improvement and implementation of the securitization governance framework, reviewing the evolution of the activity, risk limits and metrics, analyzing the impact of regulatory changes, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and providing technical support to the various governance bodies.
The position requires a combination of experience in securitizations, regulatory and capital knowledge, financial markets vision and the ability to coordinate projects and stakeholders from different areas of the Group.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a person with solid experience in securitizations and structured finance, capable of combining technical knowledge with a cross-functional vision of the business and risk, and with the ability to design/implement governance that ensures compliance with current securitization regulations is consistent with the Group's internal policies.
The ideal candidate should have participated in securitization transactions from different perspectives - structuring, risk analysis, investment or portfolio management - and understand both the economic logic of the transactions and their regulatory, accounting and capital treatment.
The person will be able to operate in international environments, coordinate multiple stakeholders and actively contribute to the evolution of the Global Securitization Framework by identifying improvements, adapting to new regulatory requirements and developing
monitoring and reporting tools.

¿Qué estamos buscando?
Buscamos una persona con una sólida experiencia en titulizaciones y financiación estructurada, capaz de combinar conocimientos técnicos con una visión transversal del negocio y del riesgo y con capacidad para diseñar/ implementar una gobernanza que asegure el cumplimiento regulatorio en vigor en materia de Titulizaciones sea coherente con la normativa interna del grupo.
El candidato Ideal deberá haber participado en operaciones de titulización desde distintas perspectivas -estructuración, análisis de riesgo, inversión o gestión de cartera- y comprender tanto la lógica económica de las operaciones como su tratamiento regulatorio, contable y de capital.
Será una persona con capacidad para desenvolverse en entornos internacionales, coordinar múltiples interlocutores y contribuir activamente a la evolución del Marco Global de Titulizaciones mediante la identificación de mejoras, la adaptación a nuevos requerimientos regulatorios y el desarrollo de
herramientas de seguimiento y reporting.
