ACCIONA, within its Culture business line, is looking to bring in a scholarship holder to carry out tasks in Graphic Design and Visual Communication.
Mission:
Ensuring the conceptualization and efficient, precise, and visually coherent execution of graphic materials that support the company's strategic objectives, highlighting the ability to transform complex information into persuasive visual narratives that enhance our value propositions.
Collaborate with the department on the following functions:
Design and layout strategic proposals and corporate presentations, transforming complex data into high-impact visual documents.
Ensure visual coherence and brand identity across all pieces, ensuring compliance with internal style guides, as well as adaptation to each client's visual identity.
Collaborate on the development of graphic systems and resource management, including the creation of diagrams, icons, illustrations, and the development of photo and video libraries for the department.
Collaborate with the team to understand the communication objectives of each project and translate them into effective visual solutions.
Perform review and quality control of deliverables, ensuring designs are error-free, well-aligned, and ready for final use, strictly meeting established deadlines and standards.
Education: Final-year student in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
Tools and Innovation: Proficiency in layout software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and presentation tools (PowerPoint and Google Slides). Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to design will be positively valued.
Visual Structuring and Rigor: Ability to visually organize dense texts and create graphic systems (icons, diagrams), maintaining a meticulous profile in final review and error control.
Proficiency with AI tools.
Work Pace and Adaptability: Ability to work quickly and under pressure without losing precision, showing flexibility in the face of last-minute changes or design adjustments.
Languages: C1 level in English; knowledge of other languages will be valued.

ACCIONA, en su línea de negocio de Cultura, busca incorporar a un/a becario/a para realizar tareas de Diseño Gráfico y Comunicación Visual.
Misión:
Garantizar la conceptualización y ejecución eficiente, precisa y visualmente coherente de materiales gráficos que respalden los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa, destacando la capacidad de transformar información compleja en narrativas visuales persuasivas que potencien nuestras propuestas de valor.
Colaborar con el departamento en funciones como las siguientes:
Diseñar y maquetar propuestas estratégicas y presentaciones corporativas, transformando datos complejos en documentos visuales de alto impacto.
Garantizar la coherencia visual y la identidad de marca en todas las piezas, asegurando el cumplimiento de las guías de estilo internas, así como la adaptación a la identidad visual de cada cliente.
Colaborar en el desarrollo de sistemas gráficos y la gestión de recursos, incluyendo la elaboración de diagramas, iconos, ilustraciones y la creación de bibliotecas fotográficas y audiovisuales para el departamento.
Colaborar con el equipo para comprender los objetivos de comunicación de cada proyecto y traducirlos en soluciones visuales eficaces.
Realizar la revisión y el control de calidad de los entregables, asegurando que los diseños estén libres de errores, bien alineados y listos para su uso final, cumpliendo rigurosamente con los plazos y estándares establecidos.
Formación: Estudiante de último curso en Diseño Gráfico, Comunicación Visual o disciplinas afines.
Herramientas e Innovación: Dominio de software de maquetación (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) y herramientas de presentación (PowerPoint y Google Slides). Se valorarán positivamente los conocimientos en herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial aplicadas al diseño.
Estructuración Visual y Rigor: Capacidad para organizar visualmente textos densos y crear sistemas gráficos (iconos, diagramas), manteniendo un perfil minucioso en la revisión final y el control de errores.
Manejo de herramientas de IA
Ritmo de trabajo y adaptabilidad: Capacidad para trabajar con rapidez y bajo presión sin perder precisión, mostrando flexibilidad ante cambios de última hora o ajustes de diseño.
Idiomas: Nivel C1 en inglés y valorable el conocimiento de otros idiomas.
Portafolio: Imprescindible presentar portafolio o muestra de trabajos.
Disponibilidad para realizar 6 meses de prácticas con convenio de universidad.
