Main Responsibilities

Provide second-level (L2) support for Ericsson virtualized IMS platforms in production and laboratory environments.
Diagnose and resolve faults using trace, log, and alarm analysis (Wireshark, Ericsson trace tools, syslogs).
Coordinate with operations teams, NOC, planning, and integration for incident resolution and operational improvements.
Participate in acceptance testing activities, software upgrades, and feature validation.
Execute configurations, planned changes, and post-change validations in IMS environments.
Document procedures, applied configurations, and solutions to complex problems.

Engineering degree / Vocational Training in Telecommunications, Electronics, Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting IMS networks and virtualized environments.
Technical English
Direct experience working on mobile network nodes and operations.
