ABANCA Seguros

Your responsibilities will focus on:

○ Business Intelligence and Development

■ Development of Local Microsoft Infrastructure: Active participation in the evolution and maintenance of the company's Data Warehouse (DWH).

■ Design and development of ETL/ELT processes using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).

■ Development of complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and make information available to business users.

■ Maintenance and development of data analytical models in SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services) and their use as a source for report generation.

○ Reporting and visualization:

■ Development and maintenance of dashboards and reports in Power BI.

■ Collaboration with business users to define and calculate KPIs and key metrics.

○ Data governance and quality

■ Data catalog: Maintenance and updating of the ad hoc data catalog solution. This includes documenting new data sources, defining metrics, and ensuring the accessibility and understanding of data assets.

■ Data quality (DQ): Support in defining, implementing, and monitoring data quality rules, managing the ad hoc data quality solution, and participating in incident resolution.

○ Support and documentation

■ Preparation of detailed technical and functional documentation for developments, models, and processes. @@

■ Collaboration in the testing phase of developments carried out by external providers, ensuring the quality of code and information.

Participation in innovation and experimentation projects for the data team.

ABANCA Seguros Generales es una compañía española de seguros de no vida perteneciente a Credit Agricole Assurances y ABANCA. Formarás parte del equipo de Datos, que se encarga de la gestión de datos en todos sus aspectos: arquitectura, gobernanza, calidad y consumo.

Tus responsabilidades se centrarán en:

○ Desarrollo e Inteligencia de Negocio

■ Desarrollo de Infraestructura Local de Microsoft: Participación activa en la evolución y el mantenimiento del Data Warehouse (DWH) de la compañía.

■ Diseño y desarrollo de procesos ETL/ELT utilizando SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).

■ Desarrollo de consultas SQL complejas para extraer, transformar y poner información a disposición de los usuarios de negocio.

■ Mantenimiento y desarrollo de modelos analíticos de datos en SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services) y su uso como fuente para la generación de informes.

○ Informes y visualización:

■ Desarrollo y mantenimiento de paneles e informes en Power BI.

■ Colaboración con usuarios de negocio para definir y calcular KPI y métricas clave.

○ Gobierno y calidad de datos

■ Catálogo de datos: Mantenimiento y actualización de la solución de catálogo de datos ad hoc. Esto incluye la documentación de nuevas fuentes de datos, la definición de métricas y la garantía de la accesibilidad y comprensión de los activos de datos.

■ Calidad de datos (DQ): Apoyo en la definición, implementación y supervisión de las reglas de calidad de datos, la gestión de la solución de calidad de datos ad hoc y la participación en la resolución de incidentes.

○ Soporte y documentación

■ Preparación de documentación técnica y funcional detallada para desarrollos, modelos y procesos.

■ Colaboración en la fase de pruebas de desarrollos realizados por proveedores externos, garantizando la calidad del código y la información.

Participación en proyectos de innovación y experimentación para el equipo de datos.

  ○ SQL (Imprescindible): Conocimientos avanzados y demostrables en la redacción y optimización de consultas complejas.
  ○ Power BI (Valorable): Experiencia en el desarrollo de cuadros de mando e informes, incluyendo el uso de DAX y la conexión a diversas fuentes.
  ○ Modelado de datos: Conocimiento de los principios básicos del modelado dimensional (esquema de estrella/copo de nieve).
  ○ Entorno Microsoft (Valorable): Se valora el conocimiento o la experiencia con herramientas como SSIS, SQL Server o SSAS.
  ○ Python (Recomendable): Conocimientos de programación en Python.
  ○ Conocimientos de seguros (Recomendable): Experiencia o experiencia con productos de seguros (No Vida).
