Buscamos un/a Verification & Validation Engineering Manager para liderar el grupo de Validación y Verificación (V&V) de sistemas C-UAS y DP , participando en programas de alto impacto tecnológico dentro del sector Defensa.
¿Cuál será tu misión?
Liderar las actividades de validación y verificación de sistemas complejos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos del producto y la calidad de las soluciones desarrolladas.
¿Qué harás?
✅ Liderar y coordinar el equipo de Validación y Verificación (V&V).
✅ Definir procedimientos, metodologías y planes de pruebas.
✅ Gestionar actividades de validación y verificación de sistemas C-UAS y DP.
✅ Supervisar campañas de pruebas, integración y validación.
✅ Realizar la caracterización técnica de productos y sistemas.
✅ Garantizar la trazabilidad entre requisitos, pruebas y resultados.
✅ Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares de hardware, software y sistemas.
✅ Revisar y supervisar la documentación técnica asociada a las actividades de prueba.
✅ Identificar riesgos técnicos y proponer acciones de mitigación.
✅ Impulsar la mejora continua de procesos y herramientas de V&V.

Ingeniería Industrial, Telecomunicación o similar.
Experiencia en validación y verificación de sistemas complejos.
