You will:
Understand business needs in order to design the research strategy
Design, plan and execute research plans for different projects at different stages of development, choosing the best methodology (quali or quantitative)
Analyze and report research findings (user behavior) to different stakeholders
Evangelize user-centered thinking and research best practices to reinforce a culture of informed, data-driven, and empathetic decision-making
Shape and evolve our user research processes and best practices, and help upskill other team members so that our collective expertise and understanding grows
Work in collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, UI and other UXRs to address user-centered opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
3 to 6 years of experience conducting user research for digital products or solutions
Hands-on experience applying quantitative and qualitative user research methods, remotely and in-person.
End-to-end experience with all aspects of the user research lifecycle
Ability to lead workshops, ideation exercises and product and service definitions
Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish
Strategic mindset. You can find a balance between user and business needs and identify opportunities that can result in new revenue streams
Good organization skills to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines, and a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
