You’ll take ownership of your territory and become a genuine ambassador for Monster in the market – driving distribution, availability, range, visibility and execution across both Modern Trade and Away From Home.
From retail and convenience through to petrol, impulse and food-to-go, you’ll be the person making sure Monster is unmissable across your territory.
The role
You’ll be out in the market every day, building relationships, identifying opportunities and making sure Monster is executed brilliantly wherever the brand is sold.
Whether working across Modern Trade stores or Away From Home customers, the objective is the same – influence the market, drive execution and make sure Monster wins at the point of sale.
You’ll bring:
Experience within FMCG, Field Sales, Retail or Merchandising is great, but we’re looking for more than experience on a CV.
Personal drive, ambition and attitude are hugely important.
You’ll need the energy to be out in the market every day, the confidence to build relationships and influence customers, and the motivation to take real ownership of your territory and make things happen.
The brief is clear: Monster is looking for people with a positive attitude, a passion for the brand and the drive to deliver in the market. Previous FMCG or Field Sales experience is an advantage, but it isn't the only thing that will determine whether you're right for the opportunity.
