We are seeking a dedicated Ticketing Manager to join our dynamic sports events team in Barcelona. This is a Part-time position where you will be responsible for managing ticket sales, customer inquiries, and administrative tasks related to sporting events throughout the season. Your schedule will be flexible and aligned with our match calendar, requiring availability Monday through Sunday at various times depending on event schedules. This role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant sports environment while maintaining work-life balance. On-site presence at our ticket office is required.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual with a passion for sports and excellent customer service skills. Ideal candidates will have experience in ticketing, box office operations, or event management. We welcome applications from individuals with disabilities or incapacities, as we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace. You should be comfortable working irregular hours including weekends and be able to handle high-pressure situations during peak match periods. Strong communication skills in Spanish and English are essential.
This is a Part-time, on-site position. Hours will vary according to the sporting events schedule, with availability required Monday through Sunday. You will work at our ticket office located in Barcelona, attending to customers during match days and administrative tasks on non-match days. The role requires flexibility and dedication to providing excellent service during high-traffic periods.
