From Manpower we are looking for a professional to join the ticket office support team of an important railway company at Barcelona Sants station, providing on-site assistance to ticket office teams in the use of the new ticket sales platform NSV and in the management of the commercial offer.
The selected person will act as a support point for application users, resolving functional issues, offering guidance in the use of the tool, and coordinating with the NSV Center team to ensure the proper functioning of the service.
