We are looking for telephone advisors to join the support department of one of the leading software development companies for businesses, located in Hospitalet de Llobregat.
What will you do?
Within the support department, you will carry out the following functions:
- You will be responsible for providing telephone support to companies and professionals regarding payroll in specialized software.
- You will resolve questions and queries from users.
- You will assist the client with the program management. Don't worry! We will train you from day one.

¿Que trabajo realizarás?
Dentro del departamento de soporte realizarás las siguientes funciones:
-Te encargarás de dar soporte vía telefónica a empresas y profesionales en materia de nóminas de un software especializado
-Resolverás dudas y consultas de los usuarios
-Acompañarás al cliente en la gestión con el programa. No te preocupes! Te formaremos para ello desde el primer día.
Lo que vas a conseguir
-Salario de 13,64 Euros bruto hora. (1300¿ brutos mensuales)
-Jornada parcial de mañana en horario de 9 a 14, por lo que podrás compaginar el trabajo con tu vida personal o hobbies.
-Contrato temporal de 3 meses con posibilidad de prorrogar
-Empresa bien ubicada con posibilidad de llegar en transporte público.
