Telephone Agent Back Office Insurance (Basque or Galician) | Valencia + Hybrid Remote Work

At Adecco we are looking for 4 Back Office Telephone Agents for an important project specialized in the management of insurance and pension plans.
You will be part of a specialized team carrying out administrative and management tasks related to: individual and group insurance. Pension plans. Policy management. Transfer of pension plans. Benefits management. Claims resolution. Payment management. Other CRM and Back Office tasks linked to the insurance and benefits area.
39-hour working week, covering morning and afternoon shifts:
Morning shift from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (one hour less one day a week) or afternoon shift from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (one hour less one day a week)
Holidays will also be worked according to service scheduling.
Salary according to collective agreement €9.72 gross per hour + hourly bonuses
Initial training provided by the company (schedule pending confirmation)
Once the training period has been completed and autonomy in the role has been achieved: 80% remote work and 20% on-site work

Desde Adecco buscamos 4 Agentes Telefónicos/as de Back Office para un importante proyecto especializado en la gestión de seguros y planes de pensiones.
Formarás parte de un equipo especializado realizando tareas administrativas y de gestión relacionadas con: seguros individuales y colectivos. Planes de pensiones. Gestión de pólizas. Movilización de planes de pensiones. Gestión de prestaciones. Resolución de reclamaciones. Gestión de pagos. Otras tareas de CRM y Back Office vinculadas al área de seguros y beneficios.
Jornada de 39 horas semanales, cubriendo turnos de mañana y tarde:
Turno de mañana de 08:00 a 16:00 h (un día a la semana se realiza una hora menos) o turno de tarde de 12:00 a 20:00 h (un día a la semana se realiza una hora menos)
Se trabajarán también los festivos según planificación del servicio.
Salario según convenio 9,72€ bruto hora + pluses horarios
Formación inicial a cargo de la empresa (horario pendiente de confirmar)
Una vez superado el período de formación y alcanzada la autonomía en el puesto: 80% teletrabajo y 20% trabajo presencial
