What you'll do

Management of Life Insurance and Group Insurance policies.
Processing of Pension Plans and transfers.
Management of savings products and benefits.
Resolution of incidents, inquiries, and claims.
Management of payments and administrative procedures.
Updating and maintaining information in CRM.
Customer support through telephone channels.
Document management and tracking of files.
Collaboration with different departments to ensure service quality.

What we're looking for

It is essential to have a native or bilingual level of Basque or Galician.

What you'll get

Salary of €17,094 gross annual + language bonus
Language bonus for the habitual use of Basque or Galician.
Additional allowances according to the collective agreement and service conditions.

How you'll work

39-hour weekly schedule.

The selected person can choose between one of the following fixed shifts:

From 08:00 to 16:00.
A weekly schedule with one less hour of work.
From 12:00 to 20:00.
A weekly schedule with one less hour of work.

The service also provides coverage on holidays, according to the schedule.

Fixed-Discontinuous contract.
Planned incorporation for September 14, 2026.
In-person and paid initial training.
Once the training is completed, 20% in-person and 80% remote work.
Continuous support during the onboarding process.

Requirements

Native or bilingual level of Basque or Galician.
Valuable experience and/or knowledge in:

- Pension Plans.
- Savings Insurance.
- Taxation and associated benefits.
Previous experience in telephone support or BPO services is valuable.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

Salario de 17.094 € brutos anuales + plus de idiomas

How you'll work

Jornada de 39 horas semanales.

La persona seleccionada podrá elegir entre uno de los siguientes turnos fijos:

De 08:00 a 16:00 horas.
Una jornada semanal con una hora menos de trabajo.
De 12:00 a 20:00 horas.
Una jornada semanal con una hora menos de trabajo.

El servicio presta cobertura también en días festivos, según planificación.

Contrato Fijo Discontinuo.
Incorporación prevista para el 14 de septiembre de 2026.
Formación inicial presencial y remunerada.
Una vez finalizada la formación 20% presencial y 80% teletrabajo.
Acompañamiento continuo durante el proceso de incorporación.

Requisitos

Nivel nativo o bilingüe de euskera o gallego.
Valorable experiencia y/o conocimientos en:
- Seguros de Vida.
- Planes de Pensiones.
- Seguros de ahorro.
- Fiscalidad y beneficios asociados.
Valorable experiencia previa en atención telefónica o servicios BPO.
Manejo habitual de herramientas Microsoft Office.
Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
Persona organizada, metódica, responsable y proactiva.
Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y adaptarse a nuevos procedimientos.
