Como Agente de Call Center / Telemarketing, tu principal misión será clara: contactar con potenciales clientes, captar su atención y convertir llamadas en oportunidades comerciales.

Buscamos personas extrovertidas, comunicativas y con soltura al teléfono, que disfruten hablando con gente, sepan mantener una conversación comercial y no tengan miedo a escuchar un "no". Si tienes desparpajo, sabes generar confianza rápidamente y eres capaz de defender una propuesta con seguridad, queremos conocerte.

Este es un puesto para personas con actitud comercial y orientación a resultados. No buscamos únicamente a alguien que haga llamadas: buscamos perfiles capaces de abrir conversaciones, detectar oportunidades, despertar interés, gestionar objeciones y conseguir clientes.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

Captación telefónica de clientes: realizarás llamadas con un objetivo comercial claro, presentando nuestros servicios de forma atractiva y generando nuevas oportunidades.
Telemarketing y venta telefónica: utilizarás tus habilidades de comunicación y persuasión para despertar el interés del cliente y avanzar hacia el cierre.
Gestión de objeciones: escucharás muchos "no", por lo que buscamos personas que sepan reaccionar, argumentar y reconducir la conversación sin perder seguridad ni motivación.
Seguimiento de oportunidades: identificarás clientes potenciales y realizarás el seguimiento necesario para aumentar las posibilidades de conversión.
Orientación a objetivos: trabajarás con metas comerciales y resultados medibles, por lo que valoramos especialmente la constancia, la ambición y las ganas de superarse.
Comunicación directa y convincente: tendrás que transmitir confianza desde los primeros segundos de la llamada y adaptar tu discurso a cada interlocutor.

¿Qué perfil buscamos?

Queremos personas con don de gentes, energía y facilidad para comunicarse. Personas que no tengan vergüenza a la hora de coger el teléfono, iniciar una conversación con alguien que no conocen y defender una propuesta comercial.

Valoraremos especialmente:

Experiencia previa en Call Center, Telemarketing, Venta Telefónica o Captación de Clientes.
Perfil extrovertido, dinámico y comunicativo.
Seguridad y naturalidad hablando por teléfono.
Capacidad de persuasión y negociación.
Habilidad para gestionar objeciones y situaciones de rechazo.
Mentalidad comercial y clara orientación a resultados.
Perseverancia: que un cliente diga "no" no debe hacerte perder el ritmo.
Capacidad para trabajar con objetivos diarios y mantener un buen nivel de actividad.
Actitud positiva, iniciativa y ganas de aprender.
Español fluido.
Estudios mínimos de Bachillerato.
