From Adecco Selection, we are looking for a Technical Support / Dutch-speaking Customer Service agent to join a leading manufacturer in the HVAC sector.
The main duties of the position are as follows:
-Handle and manage technical inquiries from professional customers through various channels (phone calls, emails, web chat, and WhatsApp), providing personalized, high-quality service in multiple languages.
-Resolve questions and provide support using the available tools, ensuring efficient service tailored to each customer's needs.
-Stable project with training provided by the company.
-Development and professional growth within a multinational company.
-Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM.

Las principales funciones del puesto son las siguientes:
-Atender y gestionar los/las consultas técnicos/as de los clientes profesionales a través de diferentes canales (llamadas telefónicas, correos electrónicos, chat web y WhatsApp), brindando un servicio personalizado y de calidad en varios idiomas.
-Resolver dudas y ofrecer soporte utilizando las herramientas disponibles, garantizando una atención eficiente y adaptada a las necesidades de cada cliente.

-Desarrollo y crecimiento profesional dentro de una multinacional.
-Jornada completa, de Lunes a Viernes, con flexibilidad horaria de entrada entre 7:30-8:30 h.
