Your main mission is to handle calls for both technician support and end-customer support
Main duties and requirements.
Functions:
- Provide technical support from the CRA to installers for the commissioning, installation, and programming of systems.
- Provide assistance with maintenance and troubleshooting to customers and users from the Alarm Center.
- Manage technical incidents and collaborate on their resolution in an agile manner.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure operational continuity on rotating shifts.
- Maintain an effective technical support service during the different established schedules.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in programming and commissioning alarm systems, including two-way systems.
- Profiles with experience focused exclusively on managing alarm event dispatch do not fit.
- Experience in telephone support or teleoperation focused on incident resolution is a plus.
- Experience with brands such as AJAX or HIKVISION is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions.
- Availability for full-time work Mon-Fri from 10am to 7pm, or rotating morning and afternoon shifts (8am to 3pm / afternoon 3pm to 10pm, and 2 weekends from 10am to 6pm; 2 days off per week).

Funciones principales y requisitos.
Funciones:
- Dar soporte técnico desde la CRA a instaladores para la puesta en marcha, instalación y programación de sistemas.
- Proporcionar asistencia en mantenimiento y resolución de averías a clientes y usuarios desde la Central de Alarmas.
- Gestionar incidencias técnicas y colaborar en su resolución de forma ágil.
- Coordinarse con el equipo para asegurar la continuidad operativa en turnos rotativos.
- Mantener un servicio de atención técnica eficaz durante los diferentes horarios establecidos.

Requisitos:
- Experiencia previa en programación y puesta en marcha de sistemas de alarma, incluyendo Bidireccionales.
- No se ajusta el perfil con experiencia centrada exclusivamente en gestión de saltos de alarma.
- Valorable experiencia en atención telefónica o teleoperación orientada a resolución de incidencias.
- Valorable experiencia con marcas como AJAX o HIKVISION.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en posiciones similares
- Disponibilidad para jornada completa de L-V 10h a 19h o de rotativo de mañanas y tardes (08h a 15h / Tarde 15h a 22h y 2 fines de semana que le de 10h a 18h; 2 días libres a la semana).
