We are currently looking to add a Technical Product & Project Manager to our team, with solid experience in managing technology projects and products. We are seeking someone who combines strong technical vision with a business-oriented mindset, capable of leading the full lifecycle of business management products and their integration with ERPs and other software solutions.
What will your day-to-day look like?
- You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, managing scope, timelines, risks, and resources.
- You will define the vision and roadmap, and prioritize the product backlog by writing user stories together with the development team.
- You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and the technical team, facilitating agile ceremonies.
- You will track sprints, releases, and key metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- You will analyze functional and non-functional requirements to translate them into clear specifications and keep product documentation up to date.
- You will collaborate with marketing and sales to position new features and drive continuous improvement and agile best practices across the company.
- Advanced vocational training in Computer Science and/or a university degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience combining IT project and/or product management in software companies (SaaS, B2B).
- Functional experience working with accounting and tax software products, ERPs, CRMs, or document management solutions.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) strategically applied to maximize performance.
- Ability to define roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, and track product metrics (KPIs, OKRs).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills, comfortable working with both technical profiles and clients.
- Highly valued: Experience implementing accounting ERPs, solid knowledge of tax/administrative processes, proficiency with tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, Confluence), certifications (PMP, CSM, CSPO, etc.), and basic knowledge of software architecture or APIs.

Actualmente buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo un/a Technical Product - Project Manager con experiencia consolidada en la gestión de proyectos y productos tecnológicos. Buscamos a una persona que combine una buena visión técnica con orientación a negocio, capaz de liderar todo el ciclo de vida de productos de gestión empresarial y su integración con ERPs y otras soluciones de software.
¿Cómo será tu día a día?
- Liderarás la planificación, ejecución y entrega de proyectos IT, gestionando los alcances, tiempos, riesgos y recursos.
- Definirás la visión, el roadmap y priorizarás el backlog de producto redactando historias de usuario junto al equipo de desarrollo.
- Actuarás como nexo entre los stakeholders de negocio, clientes y el equipo técnico, facilitando las ceremonias ágiles.
- Realizarás el seguimiento de sprints, releases y métricas clave para la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
- Analizarás requisitos funcionales y no funcionales para traducirlos en especificaciones claras y mantendrás la documentación del producto actualizada.
- Colaborarás con marketing y ventas para posicionar las nuevas funcionalidades e impulsarás la mejora continua y las buenas prácticas ágiles en la empresa.
- Formación de Grado Superior en Informática y/o titulación Universitaria en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años combinando la gestión de proyectos y/o producto IT en empresas de software (SaaS, B2B).
- Experiencia funcional trabajando con productos de software contable, fiscal, ERPs, CRMs o soluciones de gestión documental.
- Dominio de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) aplicadas estratégicamente para maximizar el rendimiento.
- Capacidad para definir roadmaps, backlogs priorizados y hacer seguimiento de métricas de producto (KPIs, OKRs).
- Excelentes dotes de comunicación, liderazgo y capacidad de negociación tanto con perfiles técnicos como con clientes.
- Se valorará muy positivamente: Experiencia en implantación de ERPs contables, conocimientos sólidos en procesos fiscales/administrativos, manejo de herramientas (JIRA, Asana, Trello, Confluence), certificaciones (PMP, CSM, CSPO, etc.) y nociones básicas sobre arquitectura de software o APIs.
