El Responsable de Oficina Técnica que sea seleccionado por la Importante Empresa Constructora deberá realizar las siguientes funciones:

Colaborar con el departamento de Estudios y licitaciones a la hora de redactar la oferta.
Controlar la ejecución del proyectos, liderando la oficina técnica en cuanto a obra se refiere.
Gestionar los límites de tiempo y costo del proyecto.
Elaborar documentos técnicos con los equipos a cargo de las modificaciones que sean necesarias.
Revisar informes.
Crear planes y estrategias de gestión de proyectos para que cuando el proyecto se ponga en marcha todo vaya en tiempo y forma.
Colaborar con el Jefe de obra del proyecto durante la ejecución para poder resolverle las dudas que surjan en cuanto a ingeniería se refiere.
