Buscamos un/a Technical Manager – Data Architecture & AI (Databricks)
Gestionamos una interesante oportunidad para incorporar un perfil senior con experiencia en liderazgo técnico, arquitectura de datos e Inteligencia Artificial sobre entornos Databricks.
Buscamos una persona capaz de combinar la gestión de equipos multidisciplinares con una sólida visión arquitectónica, participando tanto en la definición de soluciones estratégicas como en iniciativas de innovación y desarrollo de negocio.
¿Cuál será su misión?
Liderar equipos especializados en Data & AI, definiendo arquitecturas de datos de referencia, impulsando la adopción de tecnologías avanzadas y actuando como referente técnico en proyectos estratégicos basados en Databricks.
Principales responsabilidades:
Liderar equipos de Data Engineers y Arquitectos, asegurando la calidad de entrega y el desarrollo del talento.
Definir arquitecturas de datos end-to-end bajo paradigma Lakehouse.
Diseñar soluciones de IA e IA Generativa sobre entornos de datos gobernados.
Establecer estándares técnicos, frameworks reutilizables y mejores prácticas.
Actuar como referente técnico en Databricks y plataformas de datos cloud.
Liderar iniciativas de modernización y migración desde plataformas legacy.
Colaborar en actividades de preventa, definición de soluciones y relación con clientes estratégicos.
Impulsar iniciativas de innovación y aceleradores tecnológicos dentro de la práctica.
✅ Requisitos:
Buscamos profesionales con al menos 7 años de experiencia en entornos de datos y un mínimo de 4 años liderando equipos técnicos, proyectos o servicios especializados. Se valorará experiencia en consultoría tecnológica, arquitectura de soluciones empresariales, gestión de clientes y colaboración con fabricantes tecnológicos.
Conocimientos técnicos:
Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Databricks SQL, Lakeflow y ecosistema asociado).
Arquitecturas Data Lakehouse y gobierno del dato.
PySpark, SQL y Python.
Orquestación, CI/CD y automatización de plataformas de datos.
Azure y/o AWS.
IA Generativa, RAG, agentes de IA y arquitecturas Data & AI.
MLOps, LLMOps, MLflow y monitorización de modelos.
Herramientas de gobierno, calidad y catálogo de datos.
Competencias clave:
Liderazgo técnico y gestión de equipos.
Capacidad para definir y defender decisiones de arquitectura.
Orientación a resultados y gestión de múltiples iniciativas.
Habilidades de comunicación con interlocutores técnicos y ejecutivos.
Inglés fluido.
Madrid (modelo híbrido)
