We are currently looking for a Technical Drafter to join the Retail Design Department at our headquarters in Sils. The selected candidate will support the development of store opening, renovation, and maintenance projects, preparing technical drawings and construction documentation, and ensuring compliance with the technical and functional criteria required for the proper execution of works at our national and international locations.
Preparation and updating of technical drawings (architecture, installations, and construction details) using AutoCAD.
Development of graphic documentation for store opening and renovation projects: floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
3D modeling of retail spaces and stores for project coordination.
Technical support to the team's architects and interior designers during project development.
Coordination with suppliers, construction companies, and installers to resolve technical queries during the execution of works.
Updating as-built documentation once works are completed.
Maintenance and organization of the department's digital archive of drawings and technical documentation.

Higher-level vocational training (CFGS) in Technical Drafting, Building Projects, Technical Architecture, or equivalent qualifications.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail, construction, or interior design sector.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (essential).
Knowledge of Revit or other BIM software (highly valued).
Technical and construction knowledge: interpretation of drawings, construction systems, installations (HVAC, electrical, and plumbing), building regulations, and accessibility standards.
Ability to interpret and translate technical specifications into precise graphic documentation.
User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, or other graphic representation tools will be valued.
Advanced level of Spanish. English and/or French highly valued.

Actualmente buscamos un/a Delineante Técnico/a para incorporarse al Departamento de Diseño Retail en nuestras oficinas centrales de Sils. La persona seleccionada dará soporte al desarrollo de proyectos de apertura, reforma y mantenimiento de tiendas, elaborando planos técnicos y documentación constructiva, y asegurando su adecuación a los criterios técnicos y funcionales requeridos para la correcta ejecución de las obras en nuestras ubicaciones nacionales e internacionales.
Elaboración y actualización de planos técnicos (arquitectura, instalaciones y detalles constructivos) mediante AutoCAD.
Desarrollo de la documentación gráfica de proyectos de apertura y reforma de tiendas: plantas, alzados, secciones y detalles de obra.
Modelado 3D de locales y tiendas para la coordinación de proyectos.
Soporte técnico a los arquitectos e interioristas del equipo en el desarrollo de los proyectos.
Coordinación con proveedores, constructoras e instaladores para resolver dudas técnicas durante la ejecución de las obras.
Actualización de la documentación as-built una vez finalizadas las obras.
Mantenimiento y organización del archivo digital de planos y documentación técnica del departamento.

Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en un puesto similar, preferiblemente en el sector retail, construcción o interiorismo.
Dominio avanzado de AutoCAD (imprescindible).
Conocimientos de Revit u otros programas BIM (muy valorable).
Conocimientos técnicos y constructivos: interpretación de planos, sistemas constructivos, instalaciones (climatización, electricidad y fontanería), normativa de edificación y accesibilidad.
Capacidad para interpretar y trasladar especificaciones técnicas a documentación gráfica precisa.
Nivel usuario del paquete Office (Excel y Word).
Se valorarán conocimientos de SketchUp, Photoshop u otras herramientas de representación gráfica.
Nivel alto de español. Inglés y/o francés muy valorables.
