Previous experience of more than 5 years leading the Civil Works division of Construction Companies in the southern area of Spain.

Availability to reside in Seville, with geographic mobility to travel throughout the southern area of Spain.

El Delegado Técnico de Obra Civil deberá realizar las siguientes funciones en su día a día:

Planificar y coordinar las actividades de las obras asignadas.
Supervisar el cumplimiento de los plazos y presupuestos establecidos.
Controlar la calidad de los trabajos realizados en cada etapa del proyecto.
Gestionar y liderar a los Jefes de obra y Jefes de Grupo a cargo.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad y salud laboral.
Realizar informes periódicos sobre el avance de las obras.
Colaborar con el departamento de estudios y ofertas para las licitaciones futuras.
Mantener y crear relaciones con cliente para el desarrollo comercial de la empresa en la zona.
Reportes mensuales a la dirección de la empresa.
