We are looking for a Systems Engineering Lead with experience in leading complex technical projects, systems engineering, verification and validation activities, safety-critical hardware/software architectures, and aerospace standards compliance to join projects focused on the specification, design, verification, and certification of advanced aerospace and space systems. Experties in Design Assurance Levels (DAL) is a must.
What will you do?
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor activities within European projects, reporting progress to the Program and Partners.
- Coordinate activities with national and international partners.
- Coordinate, formalize, and follow up on the work carried out by all areas involved within Indra.
- Prepare technical progress reports for the European Commission.
- Lead meetings and present results to project partners.

- Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience leading complex technical projects.
- Strong experience in systems engineering, particularly in conception, specification, and design phases.
- Experience defining verification and validation strategies, analysing test results, and reporting outcomes.
- Knowledge of aeronautical standards and regulations such as Design Assurance Level - DAL (mandatory), DO-178C, DO-254, and safety-related compliance activities.
- Experience with requirements management and MBSE tools, including DOORS, JIRA, Capella, Enterprise Architect, or similar.
