About the role

We are looking for a Sys Admin for the healthcare sector in Sant Cugat. This role focuses on the management and maintenance of critical IT infrastructures.

Autonomy to lead the systems infrastructure, and provide support in cloud and security.

What you'll do

* Infrastructure and systems

- Administer Windows and Linux servers (installation, updates, hardening, and monitoring).

- Manage Active Directory / Entra ID: users, groups, policies (GPO), and account lifecycle.

- Maintain the corporate network: firewalls, switching, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity between sites.

- Execute and verify backup policies and disaster recovery plans (backup & disaster recovery).* Cloud and Microsoft 365

- Administer the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) and resources in Azure.

- Manage identities, licenses, and conditional access and MFA policies.

- Participate in migration projects and optimization of services to the cloud.* Cybersecurity

- Operate endpoint protection tools (EDR/antivirus) and email security.

- Apply patches and proactively manage vulnerabilities.

- Collaborate on compliance with security policies and incident response.

- Promote good security practices among employees (training and awareness).

* User support

- Resolve level 1-2 incidents and requests for employees (on-site and remote), with a service-oriented approach.

- Manage the workstation lifecycle: onboarding and offboarding, equipment, corporate image, and software.

- Document procedures, inventory, and the department's knowledge base.

What you'll get

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

* 3-5 years of experience as a Sys Admin or systems technician in corporate environments.

* Knowledge of AWS Cloud, DevOps, Terraform, Jenkins, Agile SCRUM methodology, and ticketing tools such as Jira/Bitbucket/Atlassian.

* Solid experience in Windows Server and Active Directory administration; knowledge of Linux.

* Experience in Microsoft 365 administration and familiarity with Azure / Entra ID.

* Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, firewalls, switching, VPN) and backup systems.

* Practical knowledge of cybersecurity: endpoint management, patching, MFA, and zero trust principles.

* Native or fluent Spanish and professional English (international environment and technical documentation).

- Documentar procedimientos, inventario y base de conocimiento del departamento.
