• Develop and customize software applications for auxiliary machines for train maintenance using industrial programming tools.
• Program, configure, and validate solutions based on automation technology, ensuring their correct operation and communication with other subsystems.
• Participate in the definition of functional and technical requirements with clients and engineering teams.
• Perform functional testing, integration testing, and validation on development banks.
• Analyze and resolve incidents detected during development, integration, or commissioning.
• Provide technical support to commissioning and service teams, collaborating in the resolution of problems with real products.
• Participate in technical meetings with clients, acting as an intermediary for the collection and analysis of needs.
• Prepare technical documentation associated with the development, testing, and validation of systems.
• Collaborate on national and international projects with availability for occasional travel.

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Telecommunications, or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial software development, automation, or control system programming.
• Experience working with SIEMENS TIA Portal tools.
• Programming knowledge in C / C++. Knowledge of other languages such as Python, Java, or .NET will be valued.
• Experience in testing, validation, and integration of systems.
• Knowledge of industrial communications and networks.
• Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Availability for occasional travel.
• English level B2.

You will join the Auxiliary Machines team, based in Majadahonda, collaborating in the development and customization of software for equipment intended for railway maintenance, such as lathes and measurement systems installed in workshops and tracks. You will participate in engineering, programming, testing, and integration activities, maintaining direct contact with the product and its operation.

Your mission as a Subsystems Engineer will be to carry out the development, customization, integration, validation, and support of the software applications associated with auxiliary machines for railway maintenance, ensuring their correct operation, compliance with customer requirements, and adherence to established quality standards.

• Desarrollar y personalizar aplicaciones de software para las máquinas auxiliares para el mantenimiento del tren utilizando herramientas de programación industrial.

• Dar soporte técnico a los equipos de puesta en marcha y servicio, colaborando en la resolución de problemas sobre producto real.
• Participar en reuniones técnicas con cliente, actuando como interlocutor para la recogida y análisis de necesidades.
• Elaborar documentación técnica asociada al desarrollo, pruebas y validación de los sistemas.
• Colaborar en proyectos nacionales e internacionales con disponibilidad para realizar desplazamientos puntuales.

• Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Electrónica, Automática, Telecomunicaciones o similar.
• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en desarrollo de software industrial, automatización o programación de sistemas de control.
• Experiencia trabajando con herramientas SIEMENS TIA Portal.
• Conocimientos de programación en C / C++. Se valorarán conocimientos en otros lenguajes como Python, Java o.NET.
• Experiencia en realización de pruebas, validación e integración de sistemas.
• Conocimientos de comunicaciones industriales y redes.
• Capacidad para interpretar requisitos técnicos y trasladarlos a soluciones funcionales.
• Disponibilidad para realizar viajes puntuales.
• Nivel de inglés B2.

Tu misión como Ingeniero/a de Subsistemas será l levar a cabo el desarrollo, personalización, integración, validación y soporte de las aplicaciones software asociadas a máquinas auxiliares para mantenimiento ferroviario, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento, la adecuación a los requisitos del cliente y el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad establecidos.
