At ACTIVA, a services company of the Grupo Planeta, we are looking for a Student Support Agent to provide support and assistance to our students at Planeta Formación y Universidades.
Mission of the role: To be part of a versatile, results-oriented team, capable of adapting to different processes and projects to deliver fast, accurate, high-quality solutions to students and faculty at Grupo Planeta.
Provide support and assistance to students and faculty across the group's institutions.
Manage requests, incidents, and academic documentation through our internal systems (CRM, ticketing, and portals).
Record accurate information and keep academic and administrative databases up to date.
Collaborate with different departments on support tasks, process monitoring, and internal team communication.
Take on different duties depending on the team's operational needs (rotation of tasks and projects).
Completed compulsory secondary education or vocational training.
Experience in administrative roles, customer service, or academic support.
Adaptability, teamwork, and a results-oriented approach.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in IT tools, management systems (CRM, ticketing), and the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
A proactive, resourceful profile with a strong service orientation.

Misión del puesto: Ser parte de un equipo versátil y orientado a resultados, capaz de adaptarse a distintos procesos y proyectos para ofrecer soluciones rápidas, precisas y de calidad a alumnos y docentes del Grupo Planeta.
Atender y dar soporte a alumnos y docentes de las distintas instituciones del grupo.
Gestionar solicitudes, incidencias y documentación académica a través de nuestros sistemas internos (CRM, ticketing y portales).
Registrar información precisa y mantener actualizadas las bases de datos académicas y administrativas.
Colaborar con distintas áreas en tareas de apoyo, seguimiento de procesos y comunicación con los equipos internos.
Asumir diferentes funciones según las necesidades operativas del equipo (rotación de tareas y proyectos).
Educación Secundaria Obligatoria o Formación Profesional finalizada.
Experiencia en funciones administrativas, de atención al cliente o soporte académico.
Capacidad de adaptación, trabajo en equipo y orientación a resultados.
Excelentes habilidades comunicativas orales y escritas.
Dominio de herramientas informáticas, sistemas de gestión (CRM, ticketing) y paquete Office (especialmente Excel).
Perfil proactivo, resolutivo y con vocación de servicio.
