Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Master's degree with proven experience in marketing leadership within the medical device or healthcare industry, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and a strong understanding, based on evident expertise, of the Western European market landscape, particularly in cardiology and cardiac rhythm management (CRM).
Experience in product launches and developing value propositions for innovative healthcare technologies, particularly in AI-driven solutions.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills aimed at influencing within a complex matrix organization
Ability to manage large, diverse teams and drive alignment across multiple countries and functions with empathy and efficiency
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving long-term marketing plans while executing near-term tactical campaigns.
Experience with digital marketing, channel strategy, and sales team collaboration.
