Main responsibilities

Define, validate, and approve chemical processes applied to aeronautical manufacturing and repair.

Provide technical support to production, quality, engineering, purchasing, and the supply chain across the ITP Aero Group.
Technically manage suppliers and support their development in special processes.
Analyze incidents and non-conformities, leading root cause analysis and improvement actions.
Participate in and lead internal, customer, supply chain, and accreditation body audits.
Contribute to the definition of new facilities, technology industrialization, and process optimization.
Prepare and maintain specifications, procedures, and work instructions.

Profile we are looking for

Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Sciences.
2 or 3 years of experience in industrial chemical processes, process control, or manufacturing technologies.
Knowledge of surface treatments, coatings, special processes, or regulated environments.
Ability to analyze data, solve problems in a structured manner, and work with continuous improvement tools.
Knowledge of aeronautical requirements, NADCAP, and supply chain technical management will be valued.
High level of English.

Te incorporarás al equipo de Tecnologías de Fabricación y Reparación, donde tendrás un papel clave en la gestión, desarrollo, control y mejora de procesos químicos aplicados a componentes aeronáuticos. La posición combina conocimiento técnico, visión industrial, soporte a producción y participación en proyectos de mejora e innovación, con interacción directa con diferentes áreas del Grupo ITP Aero y con la cadena de suministro.

Principales responsabilidades

Definir, validar y aprobar procesos químicos aplicados a fabricación y reparación aeronáutica.

Dar soporte técnico a producción, calidad, ingeniería, compras y cadena de suministro a nivel del Grupo ITP Aero.
Gestionar técnicamente proveedores y acompañar su desarrollo en procesos especiales.
Analizar incidencias y no conformidades, liderando análisis de causa raíz y acciones de mejora.
Participar y liderar auditorías internas, de cliente, de cadena de suministro y de organismos de acreditación.
Contribuir a la definición de nuevas instalaciones, industrialización de tecnologías y optimización de procesos.
Elaborar y mantener especificaciones, procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo.

Perfil que buscamos

Titulación en Ingeniería Química o Ciencias Químicas.
Experiencia de 2 o 3 años en procesos químicos industriales, control de procesos o tecnologías de fabricación.
Conocimiento de tratamientos superficiales, recubrimientos, procesos especiales o entornos regulados.
Capacidad para analizar datos, resolver problemas de forma estructurada y trabajar con herramientas de mejora continua.
Se valorará conocimiento de requisitos aeronáuticos, NADCAP y gestión técnica de cadena de suministro.
Nivel alto de inglés.
