What we're looking for

Define the security roadmap for Bleap - and be honest about what's urgent versus what's theatre
Set the standard for secure-by-default infrastructure and code across the engineering function
Take ownership of projects end to end and drive them, without waiting to be told what the risks are
Make security a thing that helps us ship faster, not a gate that slows us down
5+ years in security engineering, with real depth in infrastructure and DevOps - not purely GRC or purely pentesting
Strong backend fundamentals - you read and write production code, not just findings
You're based in Europe (or can work in European time zones)
