Hybrid Mind builds AI-driven products that solve real problems in healthcare. We design, build, and deploy production-grade systems that improve how care is delivered, how decisions are made, and how data is used.

We are not an R&D playground. We focus on shipping. That means robust engineering, pragmatic architecture, and solutions that work at scale in regulated environments.

If you want to work on meaningful AI systems rather than demos, you are in the right place.

About Our Team

We operate in small, cross-functional product delivery pods made up of back-end engineers, front-end engineers, testers, and product specialists.

We value engineers who take ownership, care about quality, and think beyond their individual tickets. You will work with people who expect high standards, give direct feedback, and take pride in building things properly.

No silos. No hero culture. Just strong engineers solving hard problems together.

The Role

We are looking for an AI Back-End Engineer to help design and build scalable APIs and microservices that power AI-enabled healthcare applications.

You will be hands-on across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and development through testing, deployment, and operational support.

This role is for someone who enjoys building real systems, not prototypes that die after a demo.
