We are looking for talented software developers to join our exclusive Engineering Talent Program at Telefónica's Madrid headquarters. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity designed for ambitious professionals who want to accelerate their career in a dynamic tech environment. Who are we looking for

We seek motivated software engineers with a passion for technology and continuous learning. Ideally, you should have a background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. You must be fluent in Spanish (as this role requires daily communication with local teams) and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. We value curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Recent graduates and career changers with solid foundational knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Skills and competencies

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C++, or Go)
• Understanding of software development principles and design patterns
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Fluent Spanish language skills (required)
• English language proficiency (B2 or higher)
