We are looking for talented software developers to join our exclusive Engineering Talent Program at Telefónica's Madrid headquarters. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity designed for ambitious professionals who want to accelerate their career in a dynamic tech environment. You'll work on cutting-edge projects involving cloud infrastructure, microservices, and enterprise solutions that serve millions of customers across Europe. This 1-year scholarship program provides structured mentorship, hands-on experience, and the chance to collaborate with senior engineers on real-world challenges.
We seek motivated software engineers with a passion for technology and continuous learning. Ideally, you should have a background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. You must be fluent in Spanish (as this role requires daily communication with local teams) and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. We value curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Recent graduates and career changers with solid foundational knowledge are encouraged to apply.
This position is on-site at our Madrid headquarters, fostering direct collaboration and mentorship. We believe in building strong team connections through in-person interaction while maintaining a flexible approach to modern work practices.
