Social Media Manager en España

As a Social Media Manager, you will own everything that happens within the brand community. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Monthly planning of content that aligns with the defined strategy, working hand in hand with content creators who will be responsible for its production.
• Publishing content across the different platforms.
• Boosting the brand's social networks by carrying out very active and proactive community management with the communities.
• Constant active listening: researching and identifying trends relevant to the brand, proposing content opportunities to join the conversation, and executing them quickly when they are timely.
• Analysis and reporting: participating in the creation of results reports, analyzing the key KPIs, and proposing improvements together with the rest of the team.
• Proposing creative content ideas for both always-on content and for executing campaigns across different social channels, especially X, IG, and TikTok.
• Organizational skills to manage content at different production speeds.
• Direct contact with the client and with the other agency departments involved in the day-to-day.
• Having a collaborative attitude within the Social Media department, driving initiatives and optimizations within the Social Content area.

• Working hours from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00 with one hour for lunch, and Fridays from 09:00 to 15:00. During July and August, the working hours will be from 09:00 to 15:00.
• Location: Calle Ríos Rosas, 26, 28003 Madrid.
• Flexible start times.

Required experience / Skills / Added value (plus)

• 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Previous agency experience will be valued, as well as experience managing brands in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
• Advanced knowledge of social media platforms.
• Previous experience in creating videos for social media.
• A portfolio of content will be valued, ideally from fast-moving consumer goods brands.

Como Social Media Manager, serás el owner de todo lo que ocurra en la comunidad de la marca. Tus responsabilidades principales serán:

• Planteamiento mensual de contenidos que respondan a la estrategia marcada, trabajando de la mano de content creators que se encargarán de su producción.
• Publicación de contenidos en las diferentes plataformas.
• Dinamización de las redes de la marca realizando un community management muy activo y proactivo con las comunidades.
• Escucha activa constante: investigar e identificar tendencias que sean relevantes para la marca, proponer oportunidades de contenido para sumarse y ejecutarlas cuando sean de rápida producción.
• Análisis y reporte: participar en la creación de los informes de resultados, analizando los KPI's clave y proponer mejoras junto al resto del equipo.
• Proponer ideas creativas de contenido tanto para contenido always on como en la ejecución de campañas en diferentes canales de RRSS, especialmente X, IG y TikTok.
• Capacidad de organización para trabajar los contenidos a diferentes velocidades de producción.
• Contacto directo con cliente y el resto de áreas de la agencia implicadas en el día día.
• Tener una actitud colaborativa dentro del departamento de Social Media, impulsando iniciativas y optimizaciones dentro del área de Social Content.

• Horario de lunes a jueves de 09:00 a 18:00 con una hora para comer, y los viernes de 09:00 a 15:00. Durante julio y agosto, el horario de trabajo será de 09:00 a 15:00.
• Ubicación: Calle Ríos Rosas, 26, 28003 Madrid.
• Horario flexible de entrada.
• Contrato indefinido

• 4 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.
• Será valorada la experiencia previa en agencia, así como experiencia gestionando marcas con un CM relevante de gran consumo.
• Conocimiento avanzado de redes sociales.
• Experiencia previa en creación de vídeos para redes sociales.
• Se valorará portfolio de contenidos, idealmente de marcas de gran consumo
