Monitor each brand's own channels, using Social Listening tools to have absolute control of the conversation around each client.
Interact with fans to foster an active and positive community around the brand.
Design, support, and implement social media strategies aligned with brand objectives, working hand in hand with the Creative, Strategy, and Accounts team.
Oversee that the defined strategies and ideas are being properly implemented on social media.
Creation of the Content Plans for each brand with the Creativity and Accounts teams, and if necessary, with the client.
Participate in follow-up and improvement meetings with the Creative, Strategy, Data, and Media departments.
Monitor key social media performance metrics (KPIs) to gain insights and propose improvements.
Participation in results meetings with clients in Always-On and campaigns focused on social media.
Supervise and support the Paid team in paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Twitch, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Help identify potential opportunities to optimize the advertising budget to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and technologies, and propose new ideas and methods to improve online presence.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

Para conectar marcas y audiencias en el nuevo paradigma, enfocando los problemas de negocio desde una óptica completamente nueva.
Convertir a tus clientes en Love Brands que trasciendan.
Monitorizar los canales propios de cada marca, ayudándote de herramientas de Social Listening para tener el control absoluto de la conversación en torno a cada cliente.
Interactuar con los fans para fomentar una comunidad activa y positiva en torno a la marca.
Diseñar, acompañar e implementar estrategias de redes sociales alineadas con los objetivos de las marcas, trabajando de la mano del equipo Creativo, Estrategia y Cuentas.
Supervisar que las estrategias e ideas definidas se están implementando correctamente en redes sociales.
Creación de los Content Plans de cada marca con los equipos de Creatividad y Cuentas, y si es necesario, con cliente.
Participar en reuniones de seguimiento y mejora con los dptos Creativo, Estrategia, Data y Media.
Supervisar las métricas clave de rendimiento (KPI) de redes sociales para obtener insights y propuestas de mejora.
Participación en reuniones de resultados con clientes en Always-On y campañas con foco en RRSS.
Supervisar y acompañar al equipo de Paid en las campañas publicitarias pagadas en diversas plataformas de redes sociales (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Twitch, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc).
Ayudar a detectar posibles oportunidades de optimización del presupuesto de publicidad para maximizar el retorno de la inversión (ROI).
Mantenerte actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias y tecnologías en redes sociales, y proponer nuevas ideas y métodos para mejorar la presencia online.
Realizar investigaciones de mercado y análisis de la competencia.
