We are currently expanding the team and looking to bring on two Setup Specialists at our offices in central Madrid. Your mission will be to lead the launch, strategic implementation and initial adoption of our ecosystem in retail accounts, ensuring that every client begins their flowww experience with the quality standard that defines us.
Lead the implementation: You will develop projects for the initial launch of the SaaS at the client's site, ensuring a flawless system deployment.
Impactful training: You will train client teams and guide the rollout of the tool to ensure they make the most of 100% of its potential.
Proactive consulting: You will anticipate technical or process issues during implementation, resolving them quickly and directly with the client.
Key connector: You will act as a strategic communication bridge between the systems/product area and the end client.
Strategy and growth: You will provide ongoing support during the setup phase and implement key Add-ons to maximize the value of the software for their business.
Fluent command of English (C1-C2 level).
Location: Residency in Madrid (essential for the work format).
Key skills: Excellent oral and written communication, a natural orientation toward excellence in customer service, analytical ability and agile issue resolution. We are looking for profiles with adaptability, resilience and leadership to guide demanding accounts.

Liderar la implantación: Desarrollarás proyectos para la puesta en marcha inicial del SaaS en el cliente, asegurando un despliegue impecable del sistema.
Capacitación de impacto: Formarás a los equipos de los clientes y guiarás el arranque de la herramienta para garantizar que aprovechan el 100% de su potencial.
Consultoría proactiva: Anticiparás incidencias técnicas o de procesos durante la implantación, solventándolas de forma ágil y directa con el cliente.
Conector clave: Actuarás como puente de comunicación estratégico entre el área de sistemas/producto y el cliente final.
Estrategia y crecimiento: Proporcionarás atención permanente durante la fase de setup e implantarás Add-ons clave para maximizar el valor del software en su negocio.
Dominio fluido de Inglés (Nivel C1-C2).
Ubicación: Residencia en Madrid (imprescindible para el formato de trabajo).

Flexibilidad: Modelo híbrido. Durante los primeros 3 meses la posición será presencial en nuestras oficinas de Madrid centro. Superado este periodo, disfrutarás de un modelo híbrido con 2 días de teletrabajo a la semana.
