About the role

We are seeking a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to join our innovative digital products team in Spain. You will be responsible for designing and creating exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll collaborate with product managers, developers, and creative teams to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions. You'll lead design initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring every interaction is intuitive and visually compelling.

Who are we looking for

We're looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer with a passion for creating beautiful and functional digital experiences. You should have a strong portfolio demonstrating your design expertise, proficiency with industry-standard design tools, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You must be fluent in Spanish and comfortable working in a team setting. We value creative thinkers who can challenge the status quo and bring fresh perspectives to our projects.

Skills and competencies

Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing methodologies
Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approaches
Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail
Experience with design systems and component libraries
Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
Fluent Spanish language skills (required)
Portfolio demonstrating previous work and design process
